DMCA Policy
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy describes our commitment to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. As an operator of an affiliate program, we require all affiliates and users to comply with applicable copyright laws and regulations. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement and for affiliates to respond to such notices.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content participating in our affiliate programs infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA notification. To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This includes a description of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of multiple copyrighted works if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs of the infringing content within the affiliate's promotional material).
- Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you have posted within your affiliate activities was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., specific URLs) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the counter-notifying party has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Email Address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
